  • RETURNS:
Due to health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns once your order has been processed. Unprocessed orders are eligible for a full refund. If you wish to cancel your order or have any questions please email us at [email protected]

  • REFUND POLICY

Purchases with Lip Exxotica Lounge are non-refundable. Tracking Numbers with a 'delivered' or 'returned to sender" are not eligible for refunds. 

  • Lost/Damaged Packages

Lip Exxotica Lounge is not responsible for lost/damaged packages. 

  • Mistake with Order

Received the wrong item? We apologize and will make things right! Shoot us an email w/a picture of the wrong item recieved at [email protected]

  • Returned Shipments (Invalid Addresses)

When filling out at check out you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc.
Lip Exxotica Lounge is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.
If the Address Mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting Lip Exxotica Lounge.
The Consumer has 24 hours to reach out to [email protected].

BUSINESS RIGHTS
Lip Exxotica Lounge has the right to refuse orders at our sole discretion for any reason we see fit. If we see a reason fit enough to refuse an order, we will be refunding the entire purchase immediately and will refuse all future purchases. 

Lip Exxotica Lounge is not responsible for any allergies/injuries of ANY KIND. Ingredients are listed within every product description!
