IMPORTANT: PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PROVIDE YOUR COMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS. IF YOU MADE AN ERROR IN YOUR MAILING ADDRESS, REACH OUT TO [email protected] WITHIN 24 HOURS TO CORRECT IT. 

The customer is responsible for the costs associated with providing inaccurate mailing addresses; the initial shipping fee, return to sender fee & ship again fees (if you wish to resend). Needless to say it's expensive and a hassle, so let's avoid that by double checking those addresses please!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP ?

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: USPS DELAYS
Occasionally USPS can have delays in delivery. We are NOT responsible for any delays on the USPS part. If your tracking number states your package was delivered and you do not have the package, contact your local USPS for help! They are great about assisting you in locating your package if you call your LOCAL USPS directly.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

All emails and updates are sent to the email address provided during checkout. Feel free to contact [email protected] if you have questions. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Shipping is only available within the US. Make sure to follow us on our socials @lipexxotica and sign up to our newsletter to be notified of shipping updates in the future.
